  • Part 1คำถามช่วงเกริ่นนำเกี่ยวกับชีวิตของคุณเอง เช่น “Do you do any exercise regularly?”
Describe something you do to stay healthy, Describe a sport or physical activity you enjoy, Describe a sport or activity that your best friend does
  • Part 3คำถามต่อเนื่องเชิงนามธรรม ซึ่งความแม่นยำสำคัญที่สุด เช่น “Why do some people find it hard to stay motivated to exercise?”

exercise is good for you regular exercise improves both physical and mental healthระบุประโยชน์เฉพาะเจาะจง 2 อย่าง ไม่ใช่แค่ “good”
I try to eat healthy food I try to eat a balanced diet
I feel tired after work I feel drained after a long shiftคำคุณศัพท์ที่เจาะจงกว่า “tired” แบบจืดๆ
I want to lose some weight I want to shed a few pounds
I stopped eating junk food I gave up junk foodphrasal verb
he got hurt playing football he picked up an injury playing footballวลีที่ใช้คู่กันซึ่งกรรมการสอบมองว่าเป็นธรรมชาติ ไม่ใช่การแปลตรงตัว
I started doing yoga I took up yoga last year“take up” เป็นกริยาตามธรรมชาติสำหรับการเริ่มงานอดิเรก
sitting all day is bad for you a sedentary lifestyle increases health risksวลีนามแบบทางการเหมาะกับการสนทนาใน Part 3

พูด “healthy” และ “good for you” ซ้ำในเกือบทุกประโยค การสลับใช้กริยาเฉพาะ เช่น “recover”, “maintain” และ “improve” ช่วยรักษาความหลากหลายที่กรรมการสอบตั้งใจฟังหา
