「he exercises a lot」ではなく「he gets up at five and runs round the lake」のように、具体的な時刻や細部を添えて描写できる習慣を2つか3つ選びましょう。

After that he make主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「makes」 breakfast at home, usually fruit and eggs, because he does not like food from outside不正確な語の選択で、「restaurants」や「takeaways」のほうが明確. He drinks a lot of water and he do not助動詞の誤り:正しくは「does not」 drink sugary drinks at all. In the evening he er自然な間、気にならないつなぎ言葉 goes to bed at ten, so he is never tired. I feel respect for him, and also a little envy, because I can not綴りの誤り:正しくは「cannot」または「can’t」 wake up so early. But he inspired me, and now I try to walk after dinner every day. Last month I joined him for a run, and I was very slow, but he waited for me and he did not laugh at me, so I felt happy. I think it is a good thing基本的な語彙で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない to have a friend like him.

Band 7

I’d like to talk about my friend Dilshan, who lives in Kandy in Sri Lanka. We met about three years ago at a weekend English class, because we sat at the same table and he always helped me with my pronunciation. Now we’re good friends. He works as a nurse at the city hospital, so his days are long, but he never skips his routine. He has one of the healthiest lifestyles of anyone I know. Every morning he gets up at five and runs round the lake near his house for forty minutes. After that he makes breakfast at home, usually fruit and eggs, as he don’t助動詞の誤り:正しくは「doesn’t」 like eating out. He drinks plenty of water and cuts out sugary drinks altogether自然な副詞を伴う、的確な句動詞. On Sundays he cooks lunch for his parents and they eat together with the television off, which he says is good for the whole family. In the evening he’s in bed by ten, so he’s rarely tired頻度の副詞を正確に使っている during the day. I feel respect for him, and also a little envy, since I can’t seem to get up that early理由を表す節と合わせて、「can’t seem to」を自然に使っている. But he’s inspired me, and now I try to walk after dinner every day. Last month I joined him for a run and was painfully slow, but he waited for me and never once made me feel embarrassed. It’s encouragingありふれた肯定的な形容詞よりも的確 to have a friend who leads by example, if you see what I mean会話調で相手に確認する、自然な表現 rather than telling me what to do.

Band 8

I’d like to talk about my friend Dilshan, who lives in Kandy in Sri Lanka. We met about three years ago at a weekend English class, because we sat at the same table and he always helped me with my pronunciation. Now we’re good friends. He’s a nurse at the city hospital, so his days are long, yet he never lets his routine slip. He has one of the healthiest lifestyles of anyone I know. He’s a real early riser慣用的な名詞句を自然に使っている: he gets up at five and runs round the lake near his house for forty minutes. After that he makes breakfast at home, usually fruit and eggs, since he’d rather not eat out. He drinks plenty of water and has cut out sugary drinks altogether自然な副詞を伴う、的確な句動詞. On Sundays he cooks lunch for his parents, and they eat together with the television off, which he says is as good for the mind as for the body. In the evening he’s in bed by ten, which is why he is rarely tired during the day原因と結果を結ぶ関係詞節. I feel respect for him, and a little envy too, since I can’t seem to get up that early. That said,対比を導くディスコースマーカー he’s inspired me to start walking after dinner every day. Last month I joined him for a run and was painfully slow, but he stayed beside me the whole way and never once made me feel self-conscious. It’s reassuring静かな感情の動きを表す、的確な形容詞 to have a friend who leads by example rather than lecturing me, and it has made me realise that healthy habits are built one small step at a time.

  • バンド6の「We meet」と「he always help」は、バンド7では正確になり(「We met」、「he always helped」)、バンド8でもミスはありません。
  • バンド6は「best」と「a good thing」に頼っています。
  • バンド6は「I try to walk after dinner every day」で終わりますが、バンド8は「healthy habits are built one small step at a time」という振り返りで締めくくります。

  1. Why do some people find it difficult to keep healthy habits?
  2. Do you think schools should teach children how to live a healthy lifestyle?
  3. Who has more influence on a person's habits, family or friends?
  4. Have people become more or less health-conscious in recent years?
  5. Is it better to exercise alone or with other people?
