Elige dos o tres hábitos que puedas describir con horas y detalles concretos, como “he gets up at five and runs round the lake” en lugar de “he exercises a lot”.

  • Band 6 se apoya en “best” y “a good thing”; Band 7 usa “cuts out sugary drinks altogether” y “encouraging”; Band 8 añade “a real early riser” y “reassuring”.
  • Band 6 se detiene en “I try to walk after dinner every day”, mientras que Band 8 cierra con una reflexión: “healthy habits are built one small step at a time”.

  1. Why do some people find it difficult to keep healthy habits?¿Por qué a algunas personas les resulta difícil mantener hábitos saludables?
  2. Do you think schools should teach children how to live a healthy lifestyle?¿Crees que las escuelas deberían enseñar a los niños a llevar un estilo de vida saludable?
  3. Who has more influence on a person's habits, family or friends?¿Quién influye más en los hábitos de una persona, la familia o los amigos?
  4. Have people become more or less health-conscious in recent years?¿Se ha vuelto la gente más o menos consciente de su salud en los últimos años?
  5. Is it better to exercise alone or with other people?¿Es mejor hacer ejercicio solo o con otras personas?

Preguntas frecuentes
