| a courteous manner | 공손하고 예의 바른 태도 | The receptionist spoke in a courteous manner throughout. |
| to follow up | 모든 것이 괜찮은지 확인하려고 나중에 다시 연락하다 | They followed up the next day to make sure it worked. |
| hassle-free | 번거로움이나 어려움이 없는 | The return was completely hassle-free. |
| to put someone at ease | 누군가가 편안하고 차분하게 느끼게 하다 | His friendly tone put me at ease straight away. |
| beyond my expectations | 생각했던 것보다 더 좋은 | The result was well beyond my expectations. |

- 6점 답변의 실수(“The shop fix computers”, “I am almost crying”)는 7점 답변(“It fixes computers”, “I was close to tears”)에서 바로잡히고 8점 답변에서도 계속 정확합니다.
- 6점 답변은 “make it good”, “okay”에 의존하고, 7점 답변은 앞의 표현을 “do his best to get it working again”으로 바꿉니다. 8점 답변은 “went the extra mile”, “took the trouble to understand what I was going through”로 마무리합니다.
- 6점 답변은 “tell my friends about it”이라는 평범한 말로 끝나고, 7점 답변은 “recommended it to several friends”라고 말합니다.
- What makes customer service good in your opinion?
- Do you think shop assistants are as helpful now as they were in the past?
- How has online shopping changed what customers expect from a company?
- Why do some companies train their staff to deal with complaints so carefully?
- Is it fair to judge a whole company by one bad experience with one employee?
