Speaking questions

Speaking questions, by topic

These are the question types candidates commonly report after their test, sorted into the topics they belong to. Nobody outside the test room has the actual list, and the wording changes — but the topics themselves rotate slowly, so preparing by topic is what works. Part 1 is personal and present-tense: your home, your habits, your own opinions, answered in two or three sentences. Part 3 takes the same topic and turns it abstract — causes, comparisons, consequences, the future — and expects you to reason rather than describe.
