What IELTS Mentor AI costs
IELTS Mentor AI is a paid app. This page lists the plans and credit packs with their USD list prices, what each one buys in practice sessions, and the billing rules, so nothing is a surprise at the store.
USD list prices as shown in the US App Store on 1 October 2026. The App Store and Google Play sell the same plans and packs and show the amount in your own currency. If this page and the app's plans screen ever differ, the app is right.
What every plan and pack includes
The app is the same whichever you choose; plans and packs differ only in how many credits they hold and for how long.
- All four skills of Academic IELTS: Speaking, Writing, Reading and Listening.
- An AI examiner that assesses Speaking and Writing against the four official criteria and reports a band range from strict to lenient, with the sentences that moved it.
- Full Reading and Listening papers under exam timing, marked the moment you finish, with the evidence behind every answer.
- One Skill Map that collects every mistake and decides what you practise next, a Foundation Track for beginners at Band 3 to 5, and vocabulary drills.
- An interface in English; this site explains the app in nine languages.
Three subscriptions
A subscription adds its credits at the start of each period and renews automatically until you cancel. The last column is the same credits expressed as a USD list price per 100.
| Plan | Period | Credits | USD list price | Per 100 credits |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | 1 week | 500 | USD 4.90 per week | USD 0.98 |
| Standard | 1 month | 2,000 | USD 19.00 per month | USD 0.95 |
| Pro | 3 months | 7,500 | USD 29.00 per 3 months | USD 0.39 |
Three credit packs
A pack is bought once and adds its credits to your balance; it does not renew.
| Pack | Credits | USD list price | Per 100 credits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter Pack | 500 | USD 2.99 | USD 0.60 |
| Pro Pack | 1,500 | USD 7.99 | USD 0.53 |
| Mega Pack | 5,000 | USD 24.99 | USD 0.50 |
What credits buy
Every practice session uses a set number of credits. These are the figures the app shows under "Credits costs" on its plans screen.
| Activity | Credits |
|---|---|
| Speaking: full mock test (all three parts) | 75 |
| Speaking: single-part mock | 25 |
| Speaking: Foundation session | 15 |
| Writing: one task (Task 1 or Task 2) | 10 |
| Reading: one full mock test | 10 |
| Listening: one full mock test | 10 |
How far each plan goes
The number of sessions a plan buys if you spend all of its credits on one activity. Mix activities and the totals shrink in proportion; the Skill Map decides the mix for you if you let it.
| Plan | Full Speaking mocks | Writing tasks | Reading or Listening mocks |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | 6 | 50 | 50 |
| Standard | 26 | 200 | 200 |
| Pro | 100 | 750 | 750 |
An example week: two full Speaking mocks (150), four single-part mocks (100), six Writing tasks (60), three Reading and three Listening mocks (60) uses 370 credits. Standard covers five such weeks; Pro covers twenty.
Billing, in plain words
- You are charged at the moment of purchase, in the store's currency.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of its period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling is done in your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings, not inside the app; you keep access until the paid period ends.
- Unused credits roll over to the next period while a subscription is active, pack credits included. Credits expire 30 days after a subscription is cancelled.
- Refunds come from the store that took the payment: the App Store through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through its order history. How billing works and restoring a purchase are written up step by step.
- Nothing is generated in the app without a plan or a pack. The practice tools on this site need no account and no download.
- Prices on this page are USD list prices with their date. Your store shows the amount in your currency, which can differ from a plain conversion.
Pick the plan that fits your test date
Choose in the app after you install it; the plans screen shows the same figures as this page, in your currency, before you confirm anything.

Frequently asked questions
The questions candidates ask before they choose a plan.
Which plan fits a test in two weeks?
Count the sessions you will actually do. A week at 500 credits covers six full Speaking mocks, or fifty Writing tasks, or a mix; a month at 2,000 covers about four times that. Two weeks of daily practice across all four skills usually spends 700 to 900 credits, so a month is the plan that does not run out.
Do credits expire?
Not while a subscription is active: unused credits roll over to the next period, pack credits included. After a subscription is cancelled, the remaining credits expire 30 days after the cancellation date, so cancel with that window in mind rather than right before your test.
Can I get anything before paying?
No. The app generates nothing without a plan or a pack. What you can use without an account are the practice tools on this site: the Speaking mock test, the self-assessment, the Reading and Listening practice tests, the essay checker and the band score calculator run in the browser.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings. A subscription that is cancelled at least 24 hours before its period ends does not renew, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
How do I get a refund?
From the store, because the store processed the payment: the App Store through reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play through its order history and refund request. IELTS Mentor AI cannot issue a store refund itself; support can confirm what was charged and when.
Are the prices the same on Android and iPhone?
The plans, packs and credits are the same on the App Store and Google Play. The amount you see is in your store's currency and can differ slightly from a conversion of the USD list price, because each store sets local prices in its own way.
Why is the price shown in US dollars?
Because it is the one figure that is the same for everyone reading this page. Your store shows the local amount before you confirm, and that amount is the one you pay.
