Band 6
I would like to describe my friend Sita, who come主詞動詞不一致:應為「comes」 from Pokhara in Nepal and loves taking photos. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I want時態錯誤:應為「wanted」 to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we started to talk and soon we became close friends. She takes photos almost everywhere, but her favourite place is Phewa Lake in the early morning, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the lake is, er自然的停頓,填充詞不顯眼, very quiet. She tell時態錯誤:應為「told」 me once that she waits for forty minutes in the cold just to get the light she wants. She also goes on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she walks around the streets and takes pictures of nice things模糊又基本的名詞片語,限制了Lexical Resource的分數 like lamps and dancers. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, and it is on my desk now. She does not like to pose in pictures herself, she is always behind of the camera介系詞錯誤:應為「behind the camera」. She also teaches me how to hold the camera and how to think about the picture before pressing the button. You know當作停頓使用的填充詞, before I met her I never look時態錯誤:應為「never looked」 at small details, but now I notice them. I feel very thankful基本形容詞;用「indebted」或「grateful for her influence」會得到更高的分數 to her because she showed me that a simple moment can be very beautiful基本詞彙,限制了Lexical Resource的分數, and I think she will always be my close friend.
Band 7
I’d like to describe my friend Sita, who comes from Pokhara in Nepal and loves taking photos. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I wanted to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we started talking and soon became close friends. She photographs almost everywhere, but her favourite place is Phewa Lake in the early morning, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the whole lake is perfectly still副詞與形容詞搭配準確,用在並列子句中. She told me once that she’ll wait forty minutes in the cold just to get the light she wants. She also goes on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she wanders through the streets capturing lamps, dancers and street food用具體的細節取代籠統的說法. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, and it’s on my desk now. She doesn’t like posing herself, so she’s usually behind of the camera介系詞錯誤:應為「behind the camera」. She also teaches me how to hold the camera and how to think about the picture before pressing the button, and she is extremely patient with beginners like me. Before I met her I never really paid attention to small details自然的詞語搭配, but now I notice them everywhere. I feel very grateful to her because she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping自然、簡潔的說法,避免使用基本形容詞, and I think we’ll stay friends for many years.
Band 8
I’d like to describe my friend Sita, who comes from Pokhara in Nepal and has a real passion for photography. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I wanted to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we got talking and soon became close friends. She photographs almost everywhere, but her favourite spot is Phewa Lake at dawn, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the whole lake is perfectly still副詞與形容詞搭配準確,用在並列子句中. She once told me that she’ll happily wait forty minutes in the cold to get exactly the light she wants. She also heads out on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she wanders through the streets capturing lamps, dancers and street food. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, which now sits on my desk. She hates posing herself, so she’s nearly always behind the camera. She has also taught me to hold the camera properly and to think about the picture before pressing the button. Before I met her I’d never really paid attention to small details自然的詞語搭配, whereas now I notice them everywhere. I feel enormously grateful to her, because she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping間接引述結構,情態動詞用法準確, and looking back自然的話語標記,引出反思, that club meeting was one of the luckiest accidents of my university life.
- Band 6的失誤(「who come」、「I want」、「I never look」)在Band 7已經正確(「who comes」、「I wanted」、「I never really paid attention」),Band 8也維持乾淨,並用「hates posing herself」把「behind of the camera」改成「behind the camera」。
- Band 6依賴「nice things」和「very beautiful」;Band 7點出「lamps, dancers and street food」;Band 8以「one of the luckiest accidents of my university life」做出更有反思的結尾。
- Band 6以「she will always be my close friend」收尾,是個平淡的結尾;Band 7加上「worth keeping」;Band 8則用「she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping」說出感謝的理由。
- 在第三個要點之後突然結束,漏掉「how you feel about this person」那一行。
- Why do so many people photograph everything they do these days?
- Has taking photos with a phone made photography less of an art?
- Is it better to enjoy a moment or to record it in a picture?
- What kinds of photographs do people usually keep for a long time?
- Should there be rules about taking photos of strangers in public places?
你可以說「around the start of university」或「a few years ago, on a school trip」,然後接著說你們怎麼熟起來的。
