Band 6

I would like to describe my friend Sita, who come主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「comes」 from Pokhara in Nepal and loves taking photos. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I want時制の誤り:正しくは「wanted」 to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we started to talk and soon we became close friends. She takes photos almost everywhere, but her favourite place is Phewa Lake in the early morning, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the lake is, er自然な間、気にならないつなぎ言葉, very quiet. She tell時制の誤り:正しくは「told」 me once that she waits for forty minutes in the cold just to get the light she wants. She also goes on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she walks around the streets and takes pictures of nice thingsあいまいで基本的な名詞句で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない like lamps and dancers. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, and it is on my desk now. She does not like to pose in pictures herself, she is always behind of the camera前置詞の誤り:正しくは「behind the camera」. She also teaches me how to hold the camera and how to think about the picture before pressing the button. You know間を埋めるつなぎ言葉として使っている, before I met her I never look時制の誤り:正しくは「never looked」 at small details, but now I notice them. I feel very thankful基本的な形容詞で、「indebted」や「grateful for her influence」のほうが評価が高くなる to her because she showed me that a simple moment can be very beautiful基本的な語彙で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない, and I think she will always be my close friend.

Band 7

I’d like to describe my friend Sita, who comes from Pokhara in Nepal and loves taking photos. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I wanted to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we started talking and soon became close friends. She photographs almost everywhere, but her favourite place is Phewa Lake in the early morning, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the whole lake is perfectly still並列の節の中で、副詞と形容詞を正確に組み合わせている. She told me once that she’ll wait forty minutes in the cold just to get the light she wants. She also goes on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she wanders through the streets capturing lamps, dancers and street foodありふれた表現ではなく、具体的な細部. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, and it’s on my desk now. She doesn’t like posing herself, so she’s usually behind of the camera前置詞の誤り:正しくは「behind the camera」. She also teaches me how to hold the camera and how to think about the picture before pressing the button, and she is extremely patient with beginners like me. Before I met her I never really paid attention to small details自然なコロケーション, but now I notice them everywhere. I feel very grateful to her because she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping基本的な形容詞を避けた、自然で簡潔な言い回し, and I think we’ll stay friends for many years.

Band 8

I’d like to describe my friend Sita, who comes from Pokhara in Nepal and has a real passion for photography. We met in the first year of university, when I joined the photography club because I wanted to try something new. On the first day I forgot my camera battery, and she lent me her spare one, so we got talking and soon became close friends. She photographs almost everywhere, but her favourite spot is Phewa Lake at dawn, when the mountains are reflected in the water and the whole lake is perfectly still並列の節の中で、副詞と形容詞を正確に組み合わせている. She once told me that she’ll happily wait forty minutes in the cold to get exactly the light she wants. She also heads out on mountain trails with her camera, and during festivals she wanders through the streets capturing lamps, dancers and street food. Last autumn she gave me a small print of the lake, which now sits on my desk. She hates posing herself, so she’s nearly always behind the camera. She has also taught me to hold the camera properly and to think about the picture before pressing the button. Before I met her I’d never really paid attention to small details自然なコロケーション, whereas now I notice them everywhere. I feel enormously grateful to her, because she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping助動詞を伴う間接話法の構造を正確に使っている, and looking back振り返りを導く自然なディスコースマーカー, that club meeting was one of the luckiest accidents of my university life.

  • バンド6のミス(「who come」、「I want」、「I never look」)は、バンド7では直っており(「who comes」、「I wanted」、「I never really paid attention」)、バンド8でもミスはなく、「hates posing herself」によって「behind of the camera」が「behind the camera」に直っています。
バンド7は「lamps, dancers and street food」と具体的に挙げ、バンド8は「one of the luckiest accidents of my university life」で、より振り返りのある結びに至っています。
  • バンド6は、ありふれた結び(「she will always be my close friend」)で終わります。バンド7は「worth keeping」を加え、バンド8は「she showed me that an ordinary moment can be worth keeping」で感謝の理由を述べています。

  • 3つめの項目のあとで急に話を終え、「how you feel about this person」の行を省くこと

  1. Why do so many people photograph everything they do these days?
  2. Has taking photos with a phone made photography less of an art?
  3. Is it better to enjoy a moment or to record it in a picture?
  4. What kinds of photographs do people usually keep for a long time?
  5. Should there be rules about taking photos of strangers in public places?

「around the start of university」や「a few years ago, on a school trip」と述べて、どのように知り合ったかに進みましょう。
