「would」「should」「would have to」のような条件や助動詞の表現を使って答えます。

Band 6
I would like to talk about a law that I want in my country: everybody who ride主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「rides」 an electric scooter must wear a helmet and use the cycle lanes. The idea come時制の誤り:正しくは「came」 to me last spring, when a man on a scooter without helmet went across the road near my university and almost hit a bus. He was okay, but I can not stop時制の誤り:正しくは「could not stop」 thinking that it could be much worse. In my city these scooters are very popular基本的な言い回しで、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない for students and delivery riders, but the rules are not er自然な間、気にならないつなぎ言葉 ready for this. The law would apply for riders of every age and also for the companies that give the scooters, because they must give helmets and explain the rules at the beginning. The government should also run a short campaign before the law starts, so that people hear about it first. I think it is good基本的な形容詞で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない for the country, because fewer accidents means less problems一致と可算名詞の誤り:正しくは「fewer accidents mean fewer problems」 for hospitals, and a small change like this can protect「would」の抜け:正しくは「would protect」 a lot of people, especially students, who ride very fast near the university gates.
Band 7
I’d like to talk about a law I’d introduce in my country: a rule that everyone riding an electric scooter must wear a helmet and keep to the cycle lanes. The idea came to me last spring, when a rider with no helmet swerved across the road outside my university and narrowly missed a bus的確で自然なコロケーション. He was fine, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily it could have gone the other way. In my city these scooters have become very popular in a couple of years, mostly among students and delivery riders, and the rules haven’t really caught up with them慣用的な句動詞を使った現在完了. The law would apply to riders of every age and to the companies that provide the scooters, who would have comply「to」の抜け:正しくは「have to comply」 with it by giving out helmets and explaining the rules. The government should also run a short campaign before the law starts, so that people hear about it first. I think it would benefit the whole country「explain」の行に答える、はっきりした意見の表明, because fewer accidents mean less pressure on hospitals, and it’s a small change that could protect many people.
Band 8
I’d like to talk about a law I’d introduce in my country: a rule that everyone riding an electric scooter must wear a helmet and keep to the cycle lanes. The idea came to me last spring, when a rider with no helmet swerved across the road outside my university and narrowly missed a bus. He was fine, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily it could have gone the other way. In my city these scooters have become hugely popular in just a couple of years, mostly among students and delivery riders, and the rules haven’t really caught up. The law would apply to riders of every age and to the companies that provide the scooters, who would have to give out helmets and explain the rules when someone first uses one. The government should also run a short campaign before the law starts, so that people hear about it first. It would benefit the whole country, not only the riders利点を明確に述べる対比の構造, because fewer accidents mean less pressure on hospitals and fewer drivers who have to live with a near miss. Frankly, it’s a small change that would protect a lot of people自然で自信のある締めくくりの一文.
- バンド6は「are very popular」と「good for the country」を使っています。バンド7は「narrowly missed a bus」と「caught up」を使い、バンド8は「fewer drivers who have to live with a near miss」を加えています。
- 「will」と「is」だけを使い、「would」「should」「would have to」を使わないため、文法の幅が見えなくなること
- Why do some people ignore rules even when they know the reason for them?
- Should governments protect people from risks they choose to take themselves?
- How can a government explain a new rule so that people accept it?
- Do you think laws should change often to keep up with new technology?
- Who should decide which laws a country needs, experts or ordinary citizens?
「it would apply to」「it should」「riders would have to」のような、条件を表す構文と助動詞を使った構文です。
