Band 6
I would like to talk about something I do every Sunday in Monterrey, where I live: I cook my meals for the whole week. I start at about three o’clock in the afternoon and I stay in the kitchen since two hours前置詞の誤り:正しくは「for about two hours」. I make rice, chicken, beans and some vegetables, and then I put everything in boxes in the fridge. I wash and cut the vegetables first, so the cooking go主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「goes」 faster, and I listen to music while I work. During the week I work in an office and I finish late, so before I started this habit I was buy動詞の形の誤り:正しくは「used to buy」または「was buying」 food on the way home almost every day. Now I just take a box, heat it and eat. On a normal weekday this saves me about one hour, which is a lot when I arrive home at seven and I am very tired. It helps me because I do not need to cook after work, so I have more time基本的な語彙で、Lexical Resourceの評価が伸びない in the evening to relax or watching並列構造の誤り:「relax」に合わせて、正しくは「watch」 a series. You know間を埋めるつなぎ言葉として使っている, it also save主語と動詞の不一致:正しくは「saves」 money, but the main reason is the time. When I do it I feel very good基本的な形容詞で、「relieved」や「in control」のほうが評価が高くなる, because I know the week is already er自然な間、気にならないつなぎ言葉 planned, and I do not worry about dinner. My colleagues ask me sometimes how I stay so calm, and I tell them it is only my Sunday routine. I think it is a simple habit but it changed my life.
Band 7
I’d like to talk about something I do every Sunday in Monterrey, where I live: I cook my meals for the whole week. I start at about three o’clock in the afternoon and spend roughly two hours in the kitchen. I make rice, chicken, beans and some vegetables, and then I put everything into boxes in the fridge. I wash and cut the vegetables first so the cooking goes faster, and I listen to a podcast while I work, which makes the time pass quickly. During the week I work in an office and finish late, so before I started this habit I used to buying動詞の形の誤り:正しくは「used to buy」 food on the way home almost every day. Now I simply take a box, heat it and eat. On a normal weekday that saves me about an hour, which matters when I get home at seven, exhausted. It helps me because I don’t have to cook after work, so I have a couple of extra hours自然で具体的な言い回し in the evening to relax or watch a series. It also saves money, but the real benefit is the time主な理由をはっきり強調している. When I do it I feel relieved的確な形容詞選び, because I know the week is already planned and I don’t have to worry about what to eat不定詞とwh節を正確に使っている. My colleagues sometimes ask how I stay so calm, and I tell them it’s just my Sunday routine. It’s a simple habit, but it has honestly changed my routine.
Band 8
I’d like to talk about something I do every Sunday in Monterrey, where I live: I cook my meals for the whole week. I start at about three in the afternoon and spend roughly two hours in the kitchen, making rice, chicken, beans and some vegetables, which then go into boxes in the fridge. I chop the vegetables first so that everything cooks in parallel, and I put a podcast on, which makes the two hours fly by. I work in an office and often finish late, so before I started this habit I used to buy food on the way home almost every day. Now I simply take a box, heat it and eat. On a normal weekday that saves me roughly an hour, which matters a great deal when I get home at seven, exhausted. It helps me because I no longer have to cook after work, which frees up a couple of hours的確な句動詞を自然に使っている in the evening to relax or watch a series. It also saves money, but the real benefit is the time, not the savingsバランスのとれた名詞句で対比を作っている. When I do it I feel relieved, almost as if a weight has been lifted気持ちを表す慣用表現を正確に使っている, because I know the week is already taken care of and I won’t have to think about dinner again否定の助動詞を正しく使った、自然で柔軟な未来の表し方 until the following Sunday. Colleagues sometimes ask how I stay so calm, and I tell them it’s simply my Sunday routine. It’s a small habit, but it has quietly changed the shape of my whole routine.
- バンド6は「was buy」と「it also save」でミスをします。バンド7には「used to buying」という1つのミスが残り、バンド8は「used to buy」を正しく書いて、「It also saves money」もミスなく述べています。
- バンド6は「more time」と「very good」を使っています。バンド7はそれを「a couple of extra hours」と「relieved」に上げ、バンド8は「frees up a couple of hours」と安堵のイメージを用います。
- バンド6は平板な結び(「it changed my life」)で終わります。バンド7は「has honestly changed my routine」と述べ、バンド8は「has quietly changed the shape of my whole routine」で締めくくります。
- 「how you feel」の行に、理由を添えずに「good」や「happy」だけで答えること
- Why do so many people feel they never have enough time these days?
- Which modern inventions have saved people the most time, in your opinion?
- Is it always a good idea to do things as quickly as possible?
- Do you think young people manage their time better than older people?
- Should schools teach students how to plan and manage their time?
