Describe a city you have been to and would like to visit again

Band 6

I want to talk about Istanbul, a city I visited in March 2023 with my cousin Aziza. We stayed there for five days and we visit時態錯誤：應為「visited」 many places, but the thing I remember best is the ferry across the Bosphorus. We also wandered around the Galata district, climbed the tower at dusk and ate simit on the pavement almost every day, which became a small ritual for the two of us. There was one thing we missed, though: the Basilica Cistern, because the queue was far longer than we’d expected比較結構，並帶出對事前預期的轉述 and our flight left early the next morning. We wandered around the Galata district, climbed the tower at dusk and ate simit on the pavement more often than I’d care to admit, which became a small ritual for the two of us. What we somehow missed was the Basilica Cistern分裂句，自然地加強語氣, because the queue was far longer than we’d expected and our flight left early the next morning, and we ran out of time for the Princes’ Islands too. That unfinished business is a large part of why I’d like to return, ideally in autumn, when the city is quieter.
