예를 들어 “he is hard-working”이라고만 하지 말고 “he learned every customer’s name”처럼 말하는 것입니다.

Band 7

I’d like to talk about my uncle Rustam, my mother’s brother, who owns a bakery business in Tashkent. I think he’s successful because he’s patient: he didn’t open new shops in a rush, he waited until the first one was running smoothly. He also pays attention to his customers, and when several of them said the bread was too heavy, he changed the recipe within a week. Band 8

I’d like to talk about my uncle Rustam, my mother’s brother, who owns a bakery business in Tashkent. About twelve years ago he began with a single small shop, which he ran single-handedly from five every morning정확하고 자연스러운 콜로케이션. I used to help him during school holidays, so I knew exactly how demanding it was. Today he has four shops and around thirty employees, quite an achievement for someone who started from scratch with no business background. I think he’s successful chiefly because he’s patient: he never opened a new shop in a rush, but waited until the previous one was running smoothly. He also pays close attention to customers; when several mentioned that the bread felt heavy, he changed the recipe within a week. Beyond that, he trains his staff carefully and treats them kindly, which is why many of them have stayed for years. Watching him taught me that success isn’t simply a matter of luck부정 비교문에 자연스럽게 쓰인 고정 표현 but the result of working hard every day and dealing honestly with people, and that is exactly the lesson I’d like to carry into my own career.

  • 6점 답변의 수 일치와 시제 오류(“my uncle … own”, “he change the recipe”, “He also listen”)는 7점 답변에서 정확해지고 8점 답변에서도 오류가 없습니다.
  • 6점 답변은 “a very big success”와 “he is kind to them”을 쓰고, 7점 답변은 “started from scratch”와 “treats them kindly”로 끌어올리며, 8점 답변은 “ran single-handedly” 같은 정확한 표현을 더합니다.

  1. Why do some people prefer to start their own business rather than work for a company?
  2. What qualities do you think a person needs to run a business well?
  3. Is it better for a young person to learn business skills at university or by working?
  4. Do you think family businesses are more likely to last than other businesses?
  5. How can local governments support people who want to start small businesses?
